Please read all return guidelines to make sure your item is eligible for a return or credit.

ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING:

Most orders placed before 2 P.M. will be shipped out same day!

 

UNDER SOME CIRCUMSTANCES:

Please allow up to 3 business days for standard processing after your order has been placed. After this period, the shipping process will go into effect. During high sale times and holiday seasons it may take up to 4 business days for standard processing.  Our business days are Monday- Friday. Most orders placed before 2 P.M. will be shipped out same day! 

*We do ship internationally, and those shipping times can be up to two weeks. There is weight based fee for shipping outside the United States, and a duty fee may also be applied at delivery.

*All prices are listed in USD.

*We are unable to make any adjustments, or additions, to orders after they have been submitted. No exceptions. 

*We are unable to cancel orders after they have been submitted 

*GlamMama’s does not guarantee the stock of any item 

*Orders cannot be combined, unless done so before items have been shipped.

RETURN POLICY:

By purchasing from us you are agreeing with the following terms:

We strive to make you happy with your purchase, keeping you in good hands throughout the entire shopping experience and order process.

Merchandise may be returned within 15 days from the date the order is received for store credit only (No Exceptions).  All merchandise must be returned in NEW CONDITION (unworn/unwashed) with the original tags attached. Any return received with smells of smoke, pet odor, body odor, makeup stains, pet hair, or deodorant will be refused. If you're item does not qualify for a return you will need to make arrangements for it to be returned to you. If arrangements are not made within 30 days the item(s) will be donated to a local shelter. 

  • Please Note: Any item purchased with 20% off or more is final sale and not able to be returned for a store credit or exchange (No Exceptions).
    • Jewelry, Purses, Hats, Bathing Suits, Leotards, Bodysuits, Cosmetics, Belts, Lingerie, Sunglasses, Silicone Bras, Bralettes, and Gift Certificates are final sale and CANNOT be returned for an exchange or store credit. Mask cannot be returned. (No Exceptions)
    • Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box and placed inside a shipping box such as the box your shoes were shipped to you in. Damage to the shoe box (shipping labels, packing tape, or any other markings) make the shoes ineligible for return. The item will then be returned to you and you are subject to a return shipping fee. 

EXCHANGES:

We are now offering exchanges. If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, please indicate that on return request

  • Please note that exchanges are subject to availability. If the item/size you are interested in is not in stock when we receive your return. We will process your return and issue you a store credit. 

DEFECTIVE:

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you believe you have received a damaged or defective item, you must contact us within 3 days of receipt (NO EXCEPTIONS). If we do not receive notification that you have received a damaged item in 3 days, the return will be rejected for any store credit or refund. (Damaged items must have tags, be unworn, and unwashed.)

SHIPPING:

*Orders are shipped Mon-Fri, excluding holidays.

*We are unable to combine shipping costs for multiple orders placed in the same, or multiple days, whether the order has shipped or not.

*GlamMama’s does offer expedited shipping for an extra fee at the time of purchase and as always standard shipping is available.

*It may take 48-72 hours for you to receive a confirmation email that your package has left our facility, not counting weekends or holidays.

*GlamMama’s is not responsible for carrier delays, lost, stolen, or misdirected shipments by the carrier when there is a notice of delivery.

*GlamMama’s is not responsible for the receipt of shipping confirmation email.
